Homemade Waffles ! Easy Waffle Recipe ! #waffles

5 Minute Easy Waffles :

- 25 g Butter (2 tbsp)
- 180g Milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice ( 3/4 cup milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
- 1 room temp medium Egg
- 150g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 35 g Sugar (3 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Serve with butter and maple syrup!

Waffles all day. They freeze well too. Right now I have butter pecan, blueberry, cinnamon, and plain waffles in my freezer. Waffles make a good sandwich too. As far as a street food goes, a fried chicken and waffle sandwich hits the spot! For fun make waffles with those prepackaged “just add water” muffin mixes. Those were really good.
