Revealing that he himself doesn’t like lawyers without portfolio, he cautions people to be careful of lawyers who advertise on TV that they can settle your case for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Mike insists that for the best possible results, you need a lawyer who can see your case all the way through trial. “You only get one chance to have your case resolved and to be compensated for your own injuries,” Mike says. “Once you settle your case for less than its worth, you’re stuck.”
