Monster magic changes somewhat do to the emotions of the user seeing as his brothers dead and his home filled with dust hes probably filled with alot of controled rage

He remembers other timelines. He gained these abilities over numerous timelines and remembered your moves, so he can dodge your attacks.

However, the timeloops start pretty shortly ago, so he can never actually train his body. Hence, while he knows what you are going to do, you can outlast him. No matter how many times he done danced with you, his body will never be able to keep up for long enough.
