A funny thing about MTT neo is, he has like 3 times the hp of Photoshop Flowey. Toby, why? That's just rubbing salt in the wound. You could just set his hp to be low.
Edit: I know it's probably so we deal a lot of damage, but we don't have to deal exactly the monster's hp to kill it.

It's funny how Sans's check description is one of the few times the stats shown are accurate to his stats in the code, he really does have only 1 attack and 1 defense (for most enemies the check text shows their stats as higher than what they actually are)

By the way, In the game's code the monster "type" 69 doesn't even exist. There is a jump from 68th (Sans) to 70th (Final Froggit)

Speaking of negative defense stats, Toriel and Papyrus also have negative defenses when sparing you and Asgore has a -30 defense. Also as a fun fact, damage on Jerry is 1/5 of what it should be and damage on Undyne the Undying is 21 times of what it should be

mettaton neo’s -40000 defense actually doesn’t matter because the code sets it so that he automatically takes between 900, 000 and 999, 999 damage no matter what… IF you’re on an unaborted genocide. if you don’t depopulate hotland and fight mettaton neo he uses the normal damage calculation but he still dies because he has -40000 defense
