my gods, I never realized the mountain of idiocy and bad choices made within the maze runner world. just use the mazes to hunker down and wait for the zombies to die of age, or use the grievers to hunt the zombies down and kill them. there are so many ways to win this but the governments of this series make the dumbest choices at every freaking turn

The biggest problem I had with the movies is that they turned the Flare virus into a typical zombie apocalypse. The book version was so much better, as while yeah, the Flare did turn the infected into cannibals, they were more like rabies-infected people with the worst cases of BPD/schizophrenia ever seen

It's Been 10 Years since Maze Runner was Released and now we have a Video about the Flare Virus and why y'all wouldn't survive this one.

The fact that they were able to set up all these tests is the one glaring issue I have with the show, with how bad the world is messed up, the planet being dead and how fast it turned people there is no way in hell they could set things up even 5% of what they did in the show, I believe that part is lazy writing, they could have made it much better if it took longer for the virus to spread or laid dormant and mutated over time, the direction they went made it seem poorly written.
