Teens Are Trapped In The Middle Of Maze Forced To Survive With Dangerous Creatures

A group of young men finds themselves in a walled community with a dangerous maze between them and the rest of the world. The young men have lived and worked together in harmony, but everything changes when Thomas and the first young woman sent to them arrive. After years of searching for a way out and many lives lost along the way, the group decides between living peacefully as prisoners or fighting for a chance at freedom.

This book and movie series is criminally underrated. Things like Hunger Games and Divergent got all the attention when this should have been the series everyone was talking about. Also MASSIVE props to the film team for keeping the films limited to the same number of books and making them mostly accurate. Seriously, books and films are both just incredible. Good recap.

I've read and watched the movie before.
What saddens me and makes me cry a bit is when Chuck died, the kid is hopeful and optimistic being able to see what does the sea and outside world looks like and also if he's going to see his parents too :(
But I know he can't probably survive the scorch trials and death cure trilogy since those moments were too harsh and damn unfair for a kid.
