I love what you are doing but I agree that music is very distracting especially in regards to the subject matter. It drowns out what you are saying and doesn’t lend itself to relaxation. I appreciate your work and understand the difficulty of creating videos for youtube.

Hi Poppy...I've tried this technique and all it does is winds me up and makes me really angry. After doing it felt like I wanted to hurt someone which is really scary as that's not like me. What am I doing wrong?
