Ohayo gozaimasu. So nice to meet you. I am very impressed by your English speaking skills. You are both so charming. I was born in the US, so English is my native language. From what I've learned, it is a difficult language to master as a second language. My mother came here from Sasebo and learned to speak English, mainly by watching TV. As a child, we had a small community of Japanese moms with American dads and us kids. Our mothers would take us kids to the local Buddhist temple and we learned Japanese dance and participated in festivals, wearing our little kimonos. She was an excellent cook and seamstress. I was fortunate to learn so much from her. I miss her so much. Thank you for making these videos.
