My procrastination is definitely caused by anxiety. I find I usually procrastinate on tasks I don't like doing, or things I'm afraid could fail.

Ok I am a huge procrastinator. I used to even be proud of it. I remember how I would state how I worked best under pressure, when in reality I had no choice because I had left everything to the last minute. Finally I began breaking things down, like you mention and this was a huge help!

The hardest part for me when it comes to getting things done is the initial push. Once I get started, the ball gets rolling and it gets a lot easier.

OH this is a big one for me... I have suffered with this my whole life. I think the thing that worked for me the most was owning a business. Don't have time to procrastinate

Very timely a lot of people are having trouble with procrastination during the pandemic so I think there is an emotional component to it as well.
