When I went from 1 gram per pound of body weight to 2 grams per pound of body weight. My physique started changing more than it has since I started lifting. My lifts are up and I look better while becoming learner.

For those saying you have to be rich, bone in chicken breast (de-bone yourself there's videos), sweet potatoes (baked tastes the best), rice, you can make your own Greek yogurt (search YouTube), low carb/cal bread about 6$ a loaf. there's plenty of affordable alternatives.
