to people wondering DO NOT DO THAT the only reason why sam sulek even remotely doesn't immediately gets diabetes and other issues with that diet is because he himself is over 240-250lbs while also on gear and has been working out for like half of his life

Hes right ur gonna bulk up this way aslong as u accompany it with training if thats simply ur goal. Ur just going to run into other health issues later on like diabetes heart diseases, stroke etc.

Remember this if u only care about losing weight or bulking up and nothijg else like ur health. U CAN EAT WHATEVER U WANT JUST NOT AS MANY AS U WANT

Cheese is about 7 grams of protein and a quarter pounder is about a max of 25 grams of protein so the burgers or sandwiches are where the protein came from. So four quarter pounder patties are 100 grams and 4 slices of cheese are 21 grams and bread has 2.7 grams per slice so it is 10.8 grams for the bread bringing the total of the burgers/sandwiches to 131.8 grams of protein.
