This is something I'd like to learn, although currently I live in an apartment, so.. it's not possible, but I watched some of the more 'modern' beehives that allow for easy removal of honey and such.. so I would maybe start with a hive or two.. can a person do that? would each hive require a queen? Also, honey can be consumed by diabetics.. it's about the only 'natural' sweetener that is safe for them..

I have a question I live in the middle of a 20 plus acre Apple orchard and I would like to keep bees but This orchard gets sprayed all summer long will that affect bees
