Your dad keeps saying that the Rav4 is boring, but at least it won't be in the garage all the time like the Rover.

It would be nice to meet Tommy’s mother. His maturity and intelligence had to come from somewhere.

It gets kinda old when car reviewers continuously compare crossovers/SUVs to expectations of sports cars like... that’s not the purpose of the car. A lotus can’t get you up I-70 during a blizzard with ski gear inside

I would say reliability, resale value, and safety

Thank you Tommy for giving us an unbiased, realistic review of the RAV4. I understand it's not the most glamorous or thrilling of cars, but it's a contender for a daily driver for a majority of people. We watch Doug DeMuro for the exciting cars, we watch TFL for real reviews.

It sells so well because there are a lot of trim levels just like the f150, the addition of the prime is a genius move hopefully they can produce more rav4 primes this year

It’s a great vehicle and that’s why I chose it as my daily. Plenty of room, excellent gas mileage, very capable in the snow, feels very planted. Leaning towards the Prime as my next one

"this ain't no surpa". Wow, Roman, we had no idea it wasn't a surpra! Hey guys, did you know this wasn't a surpra?

Blaze didn't want to get in because he thought it was the Land Rover. He wanted to actually go for a ride. When he realized it was a Toyota he jumped right in.

I don't understand why Dad always keeps saying this is a boring car. This is the quickest rav4 except for Prime. But can you buy Prime now? Also, it behaves well in snow and sand. I tested it myself. In addition, I like e-cvt. It doesn't overheat offroad and it gives good MPG on-road.

Roman's points make absolutely no sense. Who buys a RAV4 for "excitement"? I'm pretty sure that buyers of RAV4's are people who find it a better alternative than vehicles of a similar size and style than the competition. If they wanted a more "exciting" car, they would not be in the market for a small, road-biased SUV with a battery like the RAV4. They might look at a Stelvio Quadrifoglio or one of Land Rover's hotted up SUV's, or a Dodge SUV with a big engine for an SUV with "excitement." All Roman did was once again ruin a review by bringing up things that have NOTHING to do with the features the vehicle actually has or was designed for. Instead of hearing those actual features, Roman wouldn't shut up about a subject clearly not addressed by the vehicle. Breaking News for Roman: Some people may have more practical interests in a vehicle, such as overall better gas mileage with some extra traction when needed, over strictly performance based indicators. It's okay for people to have those priorities over an obsession with speed and handling. Similar subject-Oh no, the Jeep Wrangler's 0-60 time is less than a Ferrari's! Let's just shut down the whole brand because it's clearly useless!

At this point Tommy became a perfect car reviewer!

Toyota just hit an absolute home run this time around with the exterior. Previous generations all had some degree of dork factor going on...never thought I be saying this but this gen is really a nice looking vehicle.

The RAV4 Hybrid is the kind of car that most people buy because it's just good. Reliability, fuel economy, safety, and storage. I'm looking at getting one later this year.

I own one of these. It gets 39mpg in the winter, and 42 to 45mpg in the summer. It's very basic and an excellent vehicle. So far this winter I have driven it in the snow several times with the stock tires and have had zero issues. I know it would be almost unstoppable in the snow on the roads if I bought a set of dedicated snow tires. All in all worth every dime.

I'm liking on how Tommy is being the mature, conscious one with this! He's centered, not expecting a Corvette performance from an SUV and really objective with what he says. Roman is just whining, annoyingly.

Love my 2019 rav4 hybrid. Went from a 2006 Tacoma to a rav4 and it was a great change of pace. Not too big or too small. Love driving it in the city and on the freeway

I can watch Tommy's reviews and appreciate his style and knowledge every time. His dad, however, can be annoying with his not funny jokes. Tommy tries so hard to put a good product for their viewers.
