RAV- Robust and accurate vehicle. Stormtroopers are neither robust nor accurate

A friend of mine just bought this car brand new and we just went on a ride. Very nice indeed. Quite practical and very comfortable. Great review.

I love the Big Boy aggressive look of this RAV4, very "storm trooper" looking, plus it's so spacious inside for rear passengers 👍

I've taken 2 test drives of the Rav now. The noise under acceleration isnt great but watch how quickly it went from 50-70mph (4 seconds). 30-70 is sub 7 seconds. Its quick. That and good economy and interior space, and for floods it can wade 50cm (officially rated). Its great!

55.1 mpg all right? I remember you considering 40s as great when reviewing german cars. Be consistent and fair mat!!

55mpg is brilliant for a big SUV and for a journalist who probably been driving it hard

I liked this video simply because you showed the practical aspect of the car, like how it will actually fit thing, not just by talking about it, but actually doing it. I know it takes time to do so, thanks a lot for your review.

When you are talking about fuel economy, please along with mpg write l/100km too. Great review as always!

When you say the fuel economy can you say lt/100km also?It would be very helpful for us who live outside uk and have different metric systems.I believe a lot of viewers would like that.Keep up the good work!

Love the design and this car is by far the best made SUV for 2019.

I've had one of these for 2 years now, the Edge model in Australia is top of the range, leather, sunroof, AWD, 2.5 petrol, off road mode selection. I think its great, can't fault anything about it and reckon I'll have it for a fair few years more 👍

Have to say Matt is great to watch. Why he is not one of the Top Gear presenter i'll never know. He is fun charismatic and animated. He is one of the best car reviewers.

The drilling sound at 10:52 is auto hold function and also auto parking break. Already made 6000km on my new RAV4. I was skeptical in the beginning because we bought it out of necessity and price/quality ratio. But by now I’m getting really fond of it. Got few mods like HUD in the front, new grill, and few extra things for the front bumper, akrapovič exhaust heads, planning on installing catback exhaust. It’s a really nice vehicle that you love more after you start driving it.

2:54 Wow I didn't expect such a modern-looking car got a reversing camera with similar resolution to a Brazilian LiveLeak video

I have the same cvt in my new corolla. Although it does sound a bit strange when you floor it, I just love its responsiveness. It has no lag at all

The "emergency tea-bag holder" is where the mode-shift knob would be in the All-Wheel-Drive models. I ordered one in Canada. There is a 4 month wait because it's insanely popular. It was almost impossible to get even a modest discount.
