My GP said to me it could take two or three years. It was good to hear that. I honestly do feel a little 😖 and down when I have a bad day, but now..a year in on this journey I have learnt from you how to pick myself up and dust myself off…I’m more inclined to have a moment or a morning these days..and I meditate and do vagel nerve exercises and flip my thinking and batta bing batta boom I’m back on track. Thankyou Denis!
