A little about me:

Your more structured lessons are good too, but my favorites are like this. It's like my buddy comes over excited to show me this cool thing he figured out on the guitar, and how and why to use it. Good formula.

Great information! My favorite thing to do on Mr. Daniels videos is bring the playback speed down to 0.5 just so I do not miss a thing. I do this on all of his videos. You will definitely get more out of them, I promise. Keep up the great work Sir!

Fantastic lesson Sean! All of a sudden the guitar solo in Nirvana's unplugged version of About A Girl makes total sense (even though I know this is not a video about soloing).
And, I'm proud to say that the only sticker on my Outback is the inspection sticker on the windshield.

Hi Sean, I stumbled onto this on Youtube this morning. Excellent! I have been playing for 52 years but mostly just a strummer and singer. Always learning new songs but never really working on my picking skills. (aside from finger picking James Taylor songs) The last year I decided to start learning some lead licks and even started playing a little electric guitar. Lots of fun! Anyway, with all the online lessons I have taken, nobody has pointed out this simple technique you just taught me. I can't wait until the next living room bluegrass picking party! Key of G - the peoples key!
