Every upload is a seed you plant in your garden. Some might not grow at all, and some will blossom into a massive tree. ❤ call that a beautiful metaphor

I started my channel last week, this morning at 7am, I uploaded my fifth one, even though I have no subscriber yet, it's ok, I see my improvement everyday, I know it will be a long journey, as long as my video bring value to people, one day they will see them, and I appreciate the process. Thanks Ali.

I went from a consumer to a creater, I've been inspired by the people I've been watching. ❤😊

I hike mountains for my channel, literally sweat buckets and takes 10 hours just to record. If I’m not quitting you have no reason to quit! Let’s hustle.

Very informative!
Big channels all started with 0 subs, 0 likes, 0 views. Don't give up. Keep working hard and will all get there someday!

I’ve been watching your videos and following your journey the past few years, passively absorbing all the knowledge that you share generously.

2 months ago I put my foot down and started creating consistently. I finally met the monetising requirement, grew to 8k subs in just two months, started making money and gathering a really cool community. It’s been such a rewarding journey.

Thanks for all that you do Ali! Learned heaps from you and living the dream because of your work. Congrats on your marriage too!

I just recently came upon your videos this week and love your content. I’ve been toying around the idea of starting my own channel, and you inspired me to just do it, but I’m not going to lie, the steps to getting started when you’re alone on this journey are overwhelming!Thank you!

I’ve been watching Ali for many years dreaming of starting my own YT channel. I did exactly a month ago, got 175 subscribers, and today a partnership proposal. It is unbelievable and mind-blowing!

Thanks for the perfectionism reminder - easy to get bogged down in detail without nailing the basica

Your point about being a perfectionist really hits ahah. For the longest time ive never dared to share what i did to others due to feeling that its not good enough/ not the best/ not as good as whats out there's. And feeling this way really did made me not dare to start at all.

Awesome video as always. I am small YouTuber, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I haven't used a lot of Famester, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

Just started my journey 1 week ago writing this to keep my self accountable! Having fun so far let’s goooo!

I’ve made it to 396 subs and got stuck, for all the small creators stay consistent and keep creating content you love! Focus on connecting with your audience and trust the process—growth will come with time and passion. You’ve got this!

Very valuable advice here Ali! I took away key points to apply to my channel, the most crucial one being getting clear on your "unique value proposition". I disregarded the overthinking that would usually paralyze me, and paused your video, quickly went into my channel bio, and updated it to get absolutely clear on my unique value proposition. Just a little adjustment in a few mins gave me so much clarity! So thank you for the video!

PS: I couldn't help but think, "thank God I'm not the only one who rants on and on in my videos :)". The only thing I need to do now is go at double the speed to match Ali!
