Ingredients:
35ml Coffee Liqueur
25ml Espresso
50ml Vodka
1 and ½ tsp (7.5 ml) Simple Sugar Syrup (to make, add equal parts water to sugar and bring to a boil in a saucepan, then set aside to cool)
3 Coffee Beans
Ice
Method:
1. Add lots of ice to your cocktail shaker. Also, add a generous handful of ice to your glass to cool it down.
2. Pour in all your ingredients!
3. Put the lid on (double-check it is on nice and tight!) and shake. You want the martini to get that nice and foamy layer on top when poured.
4. Remove the ice from your glass.
5. Use a strainer (if needed) and pour. Give a little shake if your ice is blocking the flow of liquid.
