Simple as that. In 2016, I cut off a toxic "parent" aka egg donor for similar reasons. They didn't get the message. Oh well. I have no time for toxic people, relative or not.

last year i had a very near neighbor that iwthin 4 months of hanging out i reconginzed how toxic he was. he was a covert narcssist, manipipulator, guilt tripper, corssed boudneies, even semi stalked me oafter i cut him off, but i cut him off wihtout warning and sticking to it 14 months so far.

I heard you mention that one is attracting a certain type of person. I have observed that it may not be anything to do with attraction, it is that the pickings are slim. 90% of people have very similar issues. Are you with the top 10% of people or the bottom 90%. Pareto's law is even worst when dealing with human beings.
