Main issue was cash in hand not necessarily working more than 20 hours. Your tax code is really important when you work and that’s only possible when you do work on NI. And they don’t appreciate lying at all.

Everyone has to follow all rules in US, Canada and UK. You cannot break rules as you need to understand, it is not India. Students are allowed to work for a maximum of 20 hours, and they are not permitted to work even a second more.
