What I wonder: They doing swab tests and search suitcases without gloves. But they tell you can pickup traces of drugs quite everywhere. What about cross contamination by hands from officers?

If the last guy seemed edgy, you stated. The other agent told you he had not eaten or drunken anything in 2 days, as well he was epileptic and had been having mini seizures and needed his medication. Well I would say that all those reasons are why he was edgy as you put it.

The title of this video is "Most Suspicious Passengers Caught At The Airport!". But none of them actually had drugs. So they weren't really caught. They were detained.

Fun fact: tests have shown that 92% of bills (money) have trace amounts of coke on them. Its everywhere and on everything. They need better tests.

They know that the officers are cross-contaminating people's luggage but do nothing to prevent it. They could wear gloves and change them between searches but the contamination gives them probable cause to search innocent travellers.

So just saw a show where they stopped a guy for not having enough money on them for their trip to Australia, so you can get stopped from leaving UK because you carry too much money but not allowed in Australia because you aren't carrying enough money.

They have an awful lot of false positives for cocaine....in every one of these shows.

Truth of the matter is, we are watching it after they speed it up. The process is actually a lot longer and slower. It can test anyone's patience.

I have been singled out after flying back to the USA. Never caught with anything. Not into drugs. But after a 16-hour flight in the economy section, all I want to do is get out of the airport, breath some fresh air, and get away from people. Being searched, and asked frivolous questions is irritating.

Very suspicious for innocent people to be upset when accused of breaking the law... ( sarcasm). What do these cops expect people to be chill and thrilled when the cops are accusing them of smuggling?

When I was 58 I flew solo to New Zealand and I was quite stressed because I had never flown internationally before and it was a long haul flight. The very first checkpoint at OR Tambo airport a lady told me her dog was very interested in my bag and could she have a look. I had 3 months prescription drugs with me. Anyway, I was subjected to special attention at every counter until I landed in New Zealand. And I was innocent!! Just a bit stressed.

Yeah that guy is rushing you... He suffers from seizures and is sick. You said it wouldn't take long. I don't blame people who are innocent for getting annoyed. Humiliating.

The British are so very polite when they do most things, and I appreciate that. My sister and I used to travel together for years, NOT AS MULES, but were constantly stopped when returning through customs here in the States. NOT ONCE WAS THERE AN APOLOGY FOR MAKING US MISS CONNECTING FLIGHTS, AND NOT ONCE DID EITHER OF US HAVE DRUGS.

These officers can do cross-contamination due to the fact that they keep swabbing each passenger's baggage without washing their hands.

Watched the first case.. nothing?
Then I remembered that the most irrational, intrusive and rude officials I've encountered in decades of travelling have been at UK airports.

Has the law changed? A number of years ago a customs officer searched my belongings and finding nothing offered to re-pack my suitcase or let me do it ... I said, so long as it all fits please go ahead and put my stuff back. He complied.

ADMITTING I had a lot of fun with this one. In October of 2023 I suffered a major medical emergency. I was LUCKY & survived. I take a lot of meds, now. A friend got me a wonderful gift for all my meds and it's a lovely canvas bag with "Bag full of drugs" embroidered on it. Yep, took all my meds, stuffed them in that bag and boarded a flight. TSA on the other end, in EU, had a GREAT laugh with me when I landed.
