Rosemarie was one smart woman. She had the smarts and the courage to basically solve her own murder, mere minutes before she died. I hope her kids always know what a hero their mother was, and I'm sure they'd be proud.

I don't think the judge could've said anything better. Especially when she said she hopes his children forget him. You can tell that one statement hit him. Good for her!

ROSIE WAS MY DAD'S FRIEND. Wow, I have been asking podcasters to cover this case and I can't believe I got to see it here! Thank you for covering it. My dad worked with Rosie in the ER right up to her murder. He said no one liked Yaz, it was pretty clear he was screwing around. Once, Rosie made a comment that she thought he had tried to put "gasoline" in her soda by accident, and now that I'm more familiar with crime, it seems like he was trying the antifreeze trick. My dad went to her funeral and he said when the one of ladies he worked with went to give Yaz a hug, he complimented her perfume and said, "Rosie would never wear that for me." Major creep, glad he is locked the hell up. Thanks for this and all your hard work, Mike!

That judge really hit a homerun with that closing statement. She expressed herself very articulately. Most others I think would agree with her. She said it perfectly.

" I'm so glad that you are leaving this courtroom, and hopefully I will never have to see you again the rest of my life ..." Is the best thing I have EVER heard a judge say on this channel. R.I.P Rosemary.

when the judge said she hopes his kids forget him…that was powerful, damn near gave me chills

My heart breaks knowing rosemary probably had the realization that her husband and father of her kids had poisoned her. That has to be one of the worst last thoughts a wife and mother could have... RIP Rosemary.

I loved this judge. She didn't hold back her feelings about this monster at all.

The judge destroyed him with her closing statement. "I can only hope they and your children can forget you" I thought she was going to say forgive you, but forget you was brilliant and chilling!

You could see it in his eyes when the guilty verdict was read. He actually thought he was going to get by with murder! He's the epitomy of what an evil person is. Selfish.

I worked with Dominic Dipuccio. He and his family members are forever broken over the murder of Rosie. It’s unfathomable how the murder of a loved one destroys so many lives. I cry to this day when I think about it.
I approved of the way you told the story, Mike.

I always find great satisfaction when the verdict comes back guilty and the officers slap those cuffs on straight away. As always, love ya Mike. You rock!

Story telling is a lost art. Thank you for bringing it back to life.

I think there should be an additional sentence for someone in the medical field for example who essentially takes a vow to help aid and heal people and ends up taking someone’s life instead because that’s breaking that code of ethics

Wow!! The judge's comments !
Took my breath away! Seemed to be the only words that actually pierced husband black heart!

Imagine him preparing the capsules with that in mind. Makes me think of that old saying - if you love me show me, don’t tell me. If you fall out of love with me tell me, don’t show me. I don’t understand how people can’t comprehend the permanence of death vs. the couple of years of the pain of divorce. I hope his children do forget him. They deserve much better than the memory of their mommy’s murderer.

I watched the trial live on Court TV. The judge later said its the first trial she presided over! A defense witness was caught lying under oath & to avoid perjury charges, had to testify truthfully & he did. It was shocking! The trial was crazy, but the judge presided like a pro!
