Get your steps in with this low impact, 15-Minute ALL STANDING Workout! No equipment, no repeats, and no jumping!

This no repeats workout is a great addition to your workout routine if you're short on your step count for the day. I personally aim for 8-10K steps a day, and got over 2000 steps in with this 15-minute workout.

✨THE WORKOUT: 15-Minute All Standing Cardio Workout (No Repeat) ✨

► EQUIPMENT: No equipment, just your bodyweight.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️18 All Standing Cardio Moves
✔️Timed Intervals (perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️No Repeats (only do each exercise once)

1) Single Leg Side + Back Runners (Right)
2) Hamstring Curls/Butt Kicks
3) Single Leg Side + Back Runners (Left)
4) Double Side to Side Step Touch
5) Alternating Knee Slams
6) 2 Jabs + 2 Taps
7) 2 Jumping Jacks + 2 Front Kicks
8) Lateral Lunge + Knee Drive (Right)
9) 3 Count Knee Drives
10) Lateral Lunge + Knee Drive (Left)
11) Skaters
12) 4 Jump Rope + V-Walk
13) Side to Side Slam + Tap
14) 4 Fast Feet + Lateral Push
15) 3 High Knee Front Runs
16) Lateral Shuffle
17) 3 High Knee Front Runs
18) 2 Lateral Squat Walks + Crunch

This is just what I need! A quick 15 minute workout to do when getting home from work. Moving my body is what counts; especially when tired!

I got 1, 200 steps. :) This was a fun workout to do with my 8wo baby watching me from her crib! Her eyes were darting back and forth following me and laughing, and every rest march I would give her a little snuggle! Thanks for the videos!! ❤❤❤

1700 was my step count. Thanks for getting me up and moving each morning. I don’t always want to get started. But once I do I’m glad I did it. I feel so much stronger after doing your workouts for over a year!

Been adding this video after my workouts with you for the last 2 weeks loooove it. I'm all about the steps and with the dark mornings its harder to get outside and reach my daily steps but this has been great! Would love to see more of these now that the cold weather is coming! :)

I got ~2k steps in! I have never not loved one of your workouts but I especially love the way you do the step workouts because there are a lot of not-so-challenging ones on YouTube. I love that these are low impact (for days I don’t want to lift weights/jump) while also challenging my body to move in functional ways🙌🏻

I love these types of workouts!! I call them “mix and match” because I can do this plus a 10m arm or leg or ab with it!! It just feels so doable to me early in the morning!! Keep these “mix and match” workouts coming!! Appreciate y’all!!! 🫶🏼
