Get your steps in with this low impact, 15-Minute ALL STANDING Workout! No equipment, no repeats, and no jumping!
This no repeats workout is a great addition to your workout routine if you're short on your step count for the day. I personally aim for 8-10K steps a day, and got over 2000 steps in with this 15-minute workout.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️18 All Standing Cardio Moves
✔️Timed Intervals (perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️No Repeats (only do each exercise once)

1) Single Leg Side + Back Runners (Right)
2) Hamstring Curls/Butt Kicks
3) Single Leg Side + Back Runners (Left)
4) Double Side to Side Step Touch
5) Alternating Knee Slams
6) 2 Jabs + 2 Taps
7) 2 Jumping Jacks + 2 Front Kicks
8) Lateral Lunge + Knee Drive (Right)
9) 3 Count Knee Drives
10) Lateral Lunge + Knee Drive (Left)
11) Skaters
12) 4 Jump Rope + V-Walk
13) Side to Side Slam + Tap
14) 4 Fast Feet + Lateral Push
