Hi I’m Kiara Owner of Bump to Birth Doula Services. As a Labor Doula & Lactation Counselor I bring TONs of tools (i.e. secret weapons) with me to births. In this video I go over 12 essential items I keep in my bag to support client during labor and delivery. These are great staple items to have for new and experienced doula and are great for natural unmedicated birth, medicated birth, hospital birth, home birth, or birth center birth.
