Hi there! Thanks for sharing. I'm a new doula getting births for my certification, so this is helpful. I did have a question, are you concerned with being out of your scope with essential oils? Are you trained at all in aromatherapy? I love my oils but wasn't planning on using them with clients, as I didn't think that was a good practice.

I have those 7 things too, but I use a string of soft blue/purple lights instead of candles! In addition, I don't think I could doula without my TENS unit, birth ball cover, and breath mints (for me and dad after coffee and food!)
