I know so many of you are interested in becoming a doula and want more information about how to become a doula, so this is a great way to see what a day in my doula life looks like.

Yes on the oils for pregnancy and birth!
I love using essential oils but have been hesitant since I became pregnant because I don't know what's safe or recommended even. I'll be 6 months pregnant here in a few days :)

I am midway through my 22 week. I’m hoping to switch from an OB/hospital setting to a midwife/birth center. I wish I could have a doula right now. I feel that my current dr. Is trying to use fear intimidation to get me to do things her way. I’m fighting. But it’s exhausting having to constantly justify my beliefs.
