1) He obviously didn't report the accident because he HAD been drinking.
2) He didn't have insurance on his truck because ''you can't get insurance on a Saturday''.
3) He didn't have insurance on the trailer that he used when he collected his truck 4 days later.
4) He denied that he'd been on someone else's property even though there was a piece of his truck left there after the accident.
5) He said ''a deer ran out infront of him'' .. How many times has JJ heard that one ?

Wow ! Driving without insurance, that is very, very scary . He had no insurance and he states it was a Ssturday, the insurers were closed, but he " wanted to drive the truck ", it not a trip for anything urgent . What if he hit a human being ? Someone loses their life and he fails to remain at the scene of an accident . You can't afford to allow your insurance to lapse, not even for 24 hours, period, end of story .
