Judge Judy is right. The amount of times people get in an accident without insurance where the "check was in the mail" or "It was just one day I didn't have coverage" is staggering! If you do not have insurance, do not drive! It does not matter if it is "across the street" THEN WALK!

Defendant said in the after-case interview which is not shown in this video (about the plaintiff) _"her mom should have her slow down because she's going to hurt somebody the way she's driving"_ - so it's clear she takes zero responsibility for her actions and always blames someone else for her stupidity.

Can people stop driving around uninsured cars? I don’t care if your policy only lapsed for one day. If you know that there wasn’t insurance on the car, take an Uber or something.

Dear Defendant, you can’t just block or stop traffic because you was in a hurry to get home with your drugs (that’s why you took off huh)? You were in her lane, over the yellow line, causing dangerous or hazardous conditions for the road! All while DRIVING *WITHOUT* INSURANCE!
