It definitely works, I'm a delivery driver for a soft drink company that over the years has done a lot of wear and tear on my back, I started doing Foundation training about a month ago and it has significantly helped the back pain subside. Thanks Dr Goodman

I have a disk protrusion since almost two years. Eventually swimming, foundation training and yoga helped a lot with the pain and the muscular stabilization! Just wanted to say thank you <3

This is legit. I immediately recognized the imbalances in my lower body the first time I did the founder. My hip no longer hurts and I can sleep through the night again. Pretty amazing considering all the other “experts” I’ve wasted time and money on.

I have a bulging disk L5/S1 - and was told not to overextend. I also haven’t been in the floor since July 2022 - should I even be doing this?

Can anyone help me finding the right movements for my sacrum? I've developed lower back pain a year ago when my back suddenly cracked. I've had all sorts of organ issues because of it - kidney, stomach, pancreas and even bladder and lower intestine. The pain is low back but also middle back. What should I do? Is there any professional who can see me? Thanks for the great videos :)

It seems to me from the exercises on the few videos I’ve looked at you are addressing primarily a pattern of tight hamstrings, weak lumbar extensors, a super common problem many people face leading to flattened low back and disc injury, so awesome and very beneficial for many of my pt’s/clients. Do you have stuff in your program to address other faults, such as chronically shortened hip flexors (likely congenital), causing increased lordosis, and ground low back pain as a result? (My personal issue)

It’s not muscles that take the forces. Muscles are used for movement. Ligaments and tendons take ALL of the forces around joints. Start educating with truth. There are plenty of lies in musculoskeletal medicine.
