Been doing the the 12 minute routine semi consistently and just noticed this new video. It's awesome! Really feeling the work in the shoulders and lats and new muscles activating when pulling the heels apart or pulling big toes together.

This is incredible information. As someone who has long suffered with a back injury that I have successfully managed with exercises, I find this a truly innovative approach and I have seen a lot. Dr. Goodman. I have done the 12 minute posture and pain routine for a couple of months and can´t tell you what a change it has made so far. I am a weekend golf hacker. Any rotational exercises to complement that 12min routine? Many thanks !!!

Awesome, I also do the back extension, starting with elbows tucked tight, then I use a band to start elbows tucked tight & stretch back with thumbs out, back & Forth, In tight then stretch back, always with knees on the floor & tight together, I got to be like the guy who wouldn't take Yup exrays say Your Back Is Fucked or I can make it the strongest back it could ever be
