In order to understand herbalism, we need to know about a few different terms such as herbal actions, properties, and energetics. We go over all of this as well as a special highlight of one of my favorite herbs, Avena sativa (aka oats).

You will learn all about this herb and its many uses and parts that we can use as medicine such as oatstraw, fresh milky oats, and oatmeal!
