these videos are not for entertainment, they are clearly "fair dealing" under UK copyright law and are exempt as they are reporting current affairs, as I am sure you are aware UK courts "bear in mind that considerations of public interest are paramount".
UK courts see the fair dealing defence usually only applies when part of a work has been taken such as small clips as per my youtube videos.

The interviewer is Richard Paul Bacon, a guy who was sacked from the BBC children's TV programme for "illicit drug taking." In his case it was cocaine. It seems to me that every time he appears on TV or radio he should apologise for his unacceptable behaviour. Jim Davidson is quite right, you can't apologise every time forever.

Nearly 40 years ago, one of my best friends was a black guy.

Jim Davidson has always been a straight talker and non PC. Non PC entertainers do attract audiences because of the tired same old PC guidelines that are shoved down our throats.
