I bought a 2500 Dual Fuel generator. I liked it at first. However, the pull cord went in <45 days. Took the repair center a month to fix it. It then stopped starting a month later. Took the repair center 2 months to finally convince Champion to replace it. The replacement unit stopped starting after 6 months of use. I diagnosed it as a blown spark plug and ignition coil. Sent 3 emails using web site to try and get someone to help me and send me replacement parts. Have not heard back or received an acknowledgement email of any kind. I’m not waiting months at a repair center again. Every time I call the wait time is 3 hours or more (tried 4 times). Who can stay on hold that long? Also, their automated attendant has been claiming for a month now that some storm is causing delays. There is no storm. Also, you’re a generator company! That’s complete BS. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY ARE POORLY DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED. YOU CANNOT REACH A LIVE PERSON SO EXPECT ZERO SUPPORT WHEN THE UNITS BREAK, WHICH WILL BE OFTEN!
