When changing the oil, place a shallow pan under the motor. (I used a paint roller pan) Near the dipstick is a black tube. Follow the tube to the frame. Squeeze the hose clamp and pull the tube off of the little plug at the frame. Oil will start draining once you do that.

The quick start guide that comes with the unit mixes up the choke and run symbols. Tells you to put it on run, hit the switch, then switch to choke. I thought it was broken until I realized what happened
