My mom's small dog peed on the electric fence and it zapped him good. He was yipping and running around then just fell over. He was fine and lived for many years after, but he never peed near the fence ever again.

As a kid who grew up rural next to an cow farm, it ABSOLUTELY WILL! The catch is you need a solid stream of pee to get it to work. And it feels like a horse kick to the groin, but also so much worse! It feels so weird ngl, like you're being kicked from the inside out. Me and my friends would do dares to see who would pee on it longest because the fence ran in pulses. Meaning between the fence pulsing and your pee not staying solidly on it you could go for a bit without being shocked.

I can personally confirm that YES, you can get shocked by peeing on an electric fence. I still hold a grudge against my brother for encouraging me to try it. On the bright side I now know the exact location of my bladder.

Since pee also include various ions, we can assume you will be more shocked if you use pee instead of water.

I once worked with a guy who, as a child, told his younger cousin to pee on a lawn mower's spark plug. The kid did, shocked the crap out of his weenie, and ran crying to his mother. The guy said his mother beat his ass, his aunt beat his ass, and when his father got home, he really beat his ass. Moral of the story...

When my younger brother was 5 ( he's 45 now) we were installing an electric fence with my dad. My brother peed on it after my dad warned him not to do that. It shocked him so bad he fell and rolled down the hill with his pants around his ankles. My dad is no longer with us, but we still laugh about it to this day.😂
