I was a Hare Krishna monk for many years, we also had lot of rules and regulations to follow, i only managed to get out of this cult when i disagreed with their philosophy (they call it real science) they claimed that: we never went to the moon and that the sun is closer to earth than moon is ...this what saved me but they also had many very fantasy like stories in their books that i had trouble to believe . I have to say though that there is some kind of strong presence of 'spirits' there ..are they good or evil i can't say, i had positive experience with these 'spirits' but could they be demons disguised as angels of light ? i don't know, i prefer to take shelter in Jesus now, ..somehow feel a bit safer with him .
