Why to solve this question
We can substitute x= -1 in main question and we get value as 1
And x can be -infinity and and x^4 will give positive ans so maximum value is +infinity

2nd question can be more easily solved by taking log on all sides and playing around with the equations.

Sir, shouldn't the range of (x)+(1/x) be (-infinity, +infinity)? as for its minimum value x tends to 0 from -ve side.

can someone explain the simplification in Q1? i think it will be (x^16 + x^4+1) in numerator part.

sir can this question be solved by taking x^2+1/x^2 = p and x^4=1/x^4 will be p^2-2 and using a^2-b^2 identity will be left with p-1

use AM GM and by that x+1/x has min value =2, so by that it will be done in 5 seconds ( 2 seconds if pen not used XD)

Can we take min value as (x^4) + (1/x^4) as 2
So Min value of Nr = 2+1
Deno = 2+1
So min value of expresion = 3/3 = 1
