As an In-line speed skater i can say that the Pizza stop is definitely the best and most efficient.

You can stop like that at very fast speeds too and it is safe and very effective.

I wouldn’t recommend using the T-stop because it damages your wheels.

can confirm spin stop is the best stop 😭 even when i first started skating i would just spin to stop cause idk how else and t stops are too slow

As a ice hockey player, to stop on roller blades, I just ram into the boards

I love the spin stop wich i transition into a powerslide if im really fast.

Its so much easier for me because i dont need to lift up my foot before breaking and have that apprupt break after dropping it.

Its much more smoother and controllable for me.

Plow stop is my personal favorite but it dosent help when I’m going downhill so I’m practicing the scissor turn so I can stop and control my speed on a big downhill
