If this works then there should be a class action lawsuit that anyone in the country can jump onto. We were all psycologically harmed when the secure safe government we have had all our life was so attacked by internal actors. Not to mention the 100s of thousands of people who lost their lives because of his politicization of COVID, that seemed outside the scope of a president. Trump should be pennyless when this is through.

Finally! A functional approach to presidential duties and privileges is finally being carved out. He should be protected when acting as President, in accordance with his oath of office and upholding the laws, conventions and responsibilities of the office. Chief agitator is not presidential and should never be afforded protection, on the contrary it should be actionable as of right.
