Surely, if an indicted person twice fails to enter a plea, on the basis they cannot find a lawyer, it's time to temporarily revoke bail, appoint a public defender, and insist a plea is entered within 24 hrs. This is what happens when other, non-celebrity citizens try these delaying tactics.

The argument about trial dates is a crap argument. He has different attorneys for each case which is independent of the other. Each case has multiple attorneys assigned to it and each attorney has support staff. As a litigation paralegal, I am telling you it can be done!
