Why Did Two Navy SEALs Kill a Green Beret?

When Green Beret Logan Melgar was found dead at the U.S. Embassy in Mali, two Navy SEALs were immediately flown back to the United States and placed on administrative leave as an extensive investigation began.

Initially, the SEALs claimed that Melgar had been intoxicated on the day of his death, but an autopsy contradicted this, revealing evidence of a failed tracheotomy on his throat. They stated they had found him unconscious and not breathing, claiming they tried to save him.

Eventually, one of the SEALs confessed that Melgar had been choked during a hazing ritual gone wrong, where they had planned to tie him up and assault him while filming. However, other accounts suggest that Melgar had uncovered the SEALs were stealing funds meant for local informants and had threatened to report them.

This case remains one of the darkest and most controversial in the history of U.S. special forces.

I was deployed with some SOF guys in 2019. The Navy SARC we had with us told us that every SEAL he has ever worked with is a fucking psychopath. And he was dead serious. He said they have no off switch for killing.

No other SOF has more criminal activities and mission failures than the seal teams.

You know, there is an ex special forces guy on here saying that people who do special forces are often sociopaths and border line psychopaths. He broke out some good points as to why.
So, this does not shock me. If you are trained to kill and you are let lose to do so over and over again, do you think that trait just goes away?!

Two navy seals & two marine raiders were involved. Melgar has not gotten justice. Justice is, & always has been, an eye for an eye 👁‍🗨. Anything less is because lawyers complicate what should be simple common sense justice. Lawyers do this as elected legislators in order to make lawyering more profitable. Lawyers could care less about justice, or right & wrong. Lawyers only care about retainers & accumulating wealth.

My concern is that these bad apples are protected, and their bad acts are covered up.
