I'd love a series on metabolically healthy sauces! Yogurt based, miso based, tahini based, almond butter based, etc!

Thank you for your information on the Tucker Carlson interview, especially the topic that is not to be spoken of. You are a doctor who has not sold her soul.

I’m 65 years old and not on meds. My husband is 69 and not on meds. I read I book when I was 20 years old that educated me on the ingredients in foods that sent me on a lifelong habit of reading labels and being educated about the food that we are offered and eating “whole” food.
But she and her brother go much deeper into the nefarious system that is behind our food and that’s a new education!
We’ve all suspected this but they have brought the evidence!

I agree with Tucker that you and your brother will have an impact on the world. My wife got fired over Covid rules from the hospital as an RN, she’s done with the hospitals as well and transitioned to a functional nutritionist, and is super excited about it. Thanks for all you do!

I’ve learned form Ina Garten that roasting vegetables is the only way to go. My husband never liked Brussel sprouts or asparagus until he had them roasted. The difference is amazing.

Folks, you don’t have to put all 17 ingredientes at once. Adjust to suit your need and palate. Either you want to make the changes for ultimate health or you don’t. If you do, take it as a suggestion and incorporate these ingredients into your cupboard or fridge slowly. Make small changes in the right direction, a healthy food eating direction

I need this cooking series to continue. I definitely struggle to think of healthy meal ideas. Also, I wouldn't be opposed to a cookbook. 😬

I really enjoyed your interview on Tucker and I’m so thrilled rfk jr is promoting the same message; it’s so important!!
When you spoke about the energy from the sun which transfers to our food and in turn our body 🤯 mind blowing and so true! Never thought about that before!!

Fabulous recipe! Yes, avocados like to play hide&seek with their ripeness. Better tip for cutting them than within the peel shell: 1. Slice into quarters, 2. Chuck the pit, 3. Peel off the peel off of each quarter, 4. Avo is easy to chop like a sushi chef from there!
It's green gold, so NO wasting.
