What can I say, I saw this video a few days back when I decided to give my 7 month old finger food. So I have her a slice of watermelon, and within less than a second she took a piece and started choking. It was choking not gaging. I could see her right through, I did exactly what the video said. Put her back on my arm and back slapped. While doing this I opened my door and rushed to the neighbors gate. Before they opened my baby chucked out the big piece of watermelon right at there door. The neighbor aunty took her in her arms immediately and pacified me n my baby both, I am thankfully to them for opening their door and helping us out. I am forever grateful for their humanity. May God bless them. But for THIS video. What can u say. Thank heavens, Thank God, Thankyou Almighty for making this watch this video. I just watched it for knowledge sake and never thought I would need it. How wrong was I. I needed it just after few days. Thank you thank you thank you, I am still shaking and my baby is fine. You have truly saved my baby and me. God bless you. I can't thank you enough. For any new parent watching plz watch this video it can be helpful you never know when.

3 days ago I was watching this video to know what to do if anything happens to my 13 day old baby and this afternoon we got tested, She was turning red, choking with her saliva it was thick and i did the back slaps and the saliva came out to the mouth and mucus out of the nose but it was a lot so i sucked her nose and she began to breath normally. And 911 arrives. I just want to say thankyou for making this video.

Years ago, it happened to my baby. He was about 2 months old and had a severe choking with breast milk and phlegm. I didn't know what to do. Thank God, I was at my parents' place that day so they inmidiately handled the situation. I was as histeric as MJ's mom. Since my boy wasn't responding to CPR, my dad managed to take a taxi to the ER and kept trying on the way. My babe's face and fingers were blue but, in the middle of the way, my son took a deep breath and started to cry. I remember we got to the hospital 5 min. later and they did some tests on him.
The Dr. said we were so close to lose him.
It's been 5 years 5 months after that episode and I still can remember his widely open eyes stearing at me like asking me for help and his stiff limbs. I couldn't help him by myself. If my parents hadn't been there... Now, I'm convince that every mom should take CPR lessons during her pregnancy time, just in case. That's a recommendation I give every friend that gets pregnant.
Thank you for sharing this highly important video!

So this happened to our 2 week old boy a night ago... I'm pretty familiar with these methods and I can tell you it saved his life. My wife and I panicked like hell, screaming for help 2 in the morning as he went limp. Horrible to go through but its good to have this info... I praise people poating videos like this... thank you

A choking infant is the most terrifying thing someone could experience. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone
