Thank you for making a simple video to show what to do for someone until you can get them to the ER, The doctor or wherever so the patient does not do more damage by using the arm. It’s easy to learn in a classroom without someone playing injured. The best place to learn is in the field on patients who of course are not in a life threatening situation because it will also help you judge the level of pain and help with swelling.

CPR should be required in every school and then updated. My mother would not be here today if I had not learned CPR. The Ambulance crew, the doctor and nurses in the ER and the surgeon all told me that if I had not started it while calling 911 and waiting for them to arrive, she would not have needed to ambulance at all! If you have people you love and want to keep around.... learn it! It’s the best thing you can ever do.

My eyes: I know how to wrap already
My hands: No, you don't

Excellent. My boyfriend overextended his arm when his ax head came off and his elbow is swollen and feels better bent. This was well done

Excellent video - My daughter has just cut her hand, and I looked up the elevated sling and this video really explains it very well.

Just watched another video of yours on a collar bone sling... I botched it but seems to be doing the trick, for now.

Excellent video, an elevated sling is the one I am unsure of and this explains it very well. One minor gripe, the presenter says to use a reef knot, and then proceeds to tie a much inferior granny knot.

Cool that helps a lot actually. For a while I actually forgot how to apply a cloth sling. Thank you for the information.

The one crucial piece of info I needed was the orientation of the bandage as it is first applied and that is hard to see from this video. Which way up is the bandage for the elevation sling?
