Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware #narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( #NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the #Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Ignoring someone is more psychologically abusive than verbally insulting them. That makes sense a narcissist would do this.

Omg that is what my ex would do. He would go silent on me (not call or follow me) and I would be the one going back. 2Morro will be the 26th day of no contact. Which has been the extent of me doing no contact. A few times I went back after a week or so, 8 times before. This is my 9th and final time. Now, I’m celebrating each day and looking forward to pass my 26th day as I am keeping myself, keeping silent and away forever! Wow. Yes, omg. That’s what happened to me. I hoovered myself back to him. But no more!! Keep it up Lee. Thank you. Cuz each time I listen to you I get better and healing.

That is a trick that covert narcissists use often. It used to be called passive aggressiveness until the DSM took it out of their diagnostic manual. I have lived with a covert narc for 22 years and have experienced this many times. It used to upset me and I’d twist myself into a pretzel trying to figure out what I had done wrong. Now I see it as a respite and can relax and enjoy myself while the narc thinks it’s punishment for me. I’m making plans for my escape, but in the mean time I’m on to the games.

I’m a narcissist, and I didn’t know it until I hit rock bottom and had some concerns that my behavior could be unhealthy. My narcissistic ex always behaved like this. It is I who always initiated reconciliation and after he discarded me I ignored him completely. He tried to get my attention. I went silent and it drove him crazy. I went forward and will never look back.

"Always the first to say " why haven't you called me if you knew what you just did or said hurt me? "Why haven't you came to the room and apologized after what you just did" "why don't you ever take the initiative to apologize or make it better after an argument/disagreement/fight"? COME ON people!! You always hovered yourself in their silent treatment to you..they know how their pray operates..The ones that are always #desperate to get them to say something about what just happened. So we always did the reach out first & they knew you were going to bc they conditioned you to do so!! They are betting on you doing it now!! If you always did, why would now be any different!! Give them something they aren't expecting YOUR SILENCE FOR LIFE!!
REMEMBER.. it's all a HEAD GAME!! The ones who's favorite #weapon is SILENT TREATMENT.. their ignoring you game is strong and is perfected down to the science... THEY will wait you out bc in their mind they see YOU as WEAK, They have always been above you, and we always played into that thought!! IF YOU Are out STAY OUT!! I don’t doubt you are a narcissist. You are spot on. My mom is a narcissist, and nobody believes me because everyone thinks she is the nicest most caring and compassionate person in the world. It’s why narcissism manipulation works. Nobody can believe the narcissist would do such things, because they don’t seem like the kind of person who would do that. People want to believe that they would easily be able to pick out someone who has these motivations and behaviors.

You can not out silence the super empath, the sweet supply they gave you will be on your mind, and that will bring you back just to so you can be rejected again. And by the way, you said we will be thinking about who you are with, I don’t think so, remember you triangulated us when you were in the relationship, so we are used to it, the only thing a narc can do for us is get lost, stay strong 💪🏾 super empath.

I'm feeling very blessed that my narc is doing the reverse on me because I told him that his primary sources were going to get jealous he was contacting me everyday lol
I told him he was obsessed with me and I wasn't doing s*** for him. Bring on the reverse I'll take it forever!!!
