- how often do you recommend washing your hair?
- did it take you a while to adjust to your current schedule? I wash mine every other day and I find that on the third day my scalp gets really itchy and I shed a lot more hair

i want to thank you so much for your videos. you might not know, but you've helped me so much. I had a lot of family problems and every night I would go into my room, watching youtube or netflix just to not hear the fights between my brother and my parents downstairs. YES! I thought I was the only one who used cacao powder as dry shampoo. It doesn’t leave a white cast on my brown hair and it smells awesome and it’s cheaper than dry shampoo in a can!! I use an old loose powder container to carry it with me.

Definitely going to try the Tea Tree Oil trick! Also, this was a good reminder that I need to wash my hair less. I had never heard of conditioner just on ends either, so will start doing that!!
