Today I am going to tell you all the Russian beauty secrets! My Russian grandmother has given me the secrets to always have amazing skin, hair and health! I hope you like it and that you adopt these habits to see the results! :)

The basis of Russian beauty is taking good care of yourself and having a healthy lifestyle. Their main focus is not makeup but skin care. They are also very fans of making hair and skin masks every week based on natural ingredients.

In Russians skincare routine, cleansing balances the skin and they use a moisturizing lotion or cream as a final step to seal in moisture. They recommend wearing sunscreen when appropriate.

The best Russian skincare secrets can help to improve the overall appearance on your skin after following a series of quick and easy steps.

You know you need to take care of your skin, but where do you start? Thanks to my Russian grandmother I have created an easy-to-follow skincare plan with everything you need to get started. Find out the most interesting skincare facts, tricks and tips.

You've heard the basics: drink water, maintain a healthy diet, and don't touch this sebaceous cyst. But take your skincare to the next level with these helpful tips!

So, luckily my grandmother discovered Russian beauty secrets during her 18 years living in the Soviet Union. This is where the most effective beauty secrets are hiding.

Russian women are very unusual creatures because they tend to be the envy of one and all with their enigmatic charm. Discover the top beauty trends and tricks and how to instantly look Russian even if you're not. (It's not that difficult guys!).

One of the simple secrets it's just - BUTTER! Butter's saturated fat not only speeds up the skin’s ability to heal, but also provides long-lasting hydration. Butter's outstanding properties are a clear indication of its ability to protect damaged skin from blemishes, blackheads, and much more!

Another important thing is vitamin C! Discover the top vitamin C skin benefits and how to use it to treat issues like aging, collagen production, and wrinkles. People who want to know advantages of vitamin C should stick to their routine cream and or supplement of vitamin C. OR eat foods rich in vitamin C! :)

There goes another magical ingredient: vinegar!

Vinegar is one of the most affordable and accessible ingredients out there. The potent acids in it are especially effective for soothing itchiness, redness, and swelling. Apple vinegar is an all-natural product that is high in vitamin C, has probiotic properties and helps promote healthy homemade weight. Learn how to use it for your skin and hair! Apple vinegar hair care has been around for awhile, and in the Russian culture, it's still a part of everyday life. Here's how to incorporate this into your hair care routine.

And finally, protect your skin from the sun! Older sun exposure can lead to wrinkles, age spots and discoloration. If you are over 30 years old and you've been guilty of thoughtless unprotected sun exposure during the day or for working especially near a window with lots of sunshine coming, change your habits!

This and much more in my video! I hope you like it :)

One Russian ex-ballerina in her 70's told me her secret for youth - for the body - movement, movement, movement - rotting occurs in stagnant water, living water is water in motion, a living body is a body in constant motion. For your Soul - Peace and Love! ... and against wrinkles on the face - avoid resentment, anger, envy - they leave marks on our faces. Smile more often and think about good and kind. and "feed "your face just as good as you feed your stomach - if you eat strawberries - smear your face with strawberries, if you eat yogurt - it will also benefit your skin, oats porridge with butter will make your skin smooth and silky and so on ... And don't forget to smile - the smile is an attribute of youth.

My boyfriend is Russian and his mom is 54..she does not have a single wrinkle on her face. I just pointed that out to him this morning and he thought about it for a second, then he reminded me of his mother’s diet. It’s not that she eats extremely healthy all the time because lots of Russian meals include meat and lots of carbs which are not considered healthy in today’s society. However, she grows so much of what she is eating in her own garden (tomatoes, cucumbers, blackberries…) and she even makes her own honey as she keeps bees and red wine from her own grapes. Just yesterday she told me how she loves growing her own food and knowing there’s nothing processed in it etc. I truly think this makes a very big difference!

Actually the UVA rays from the sun is liable for about 90% of skin aging. Knowing that made me start wearing sunscreen everyday. Also, I agree with the oatmeal. I have eczema and almost 10 years ago, I learned from BubzBeauty that when your skin is really sensitive, you can soak instant oatmeal and wash your face by scrubbing it with the oatmeal and I do it every time my skin flares up.

I’m Russian and German but raised in America, and I agree with this! Definitely too much sun exposure has damaged my skin

As an Arab opinion, I think it's genetic. The whole world knows that Russians are the most beautiful women and men on this earth, and I agree with you about skincare. I agree about the sun; it's damaged my face with a lot of wrinkles. I was living in a cold Arabic country now I'm back to an extramly hot with dgree reaches 60° causing alot of damage for my face. and we walk a lot outside, so sometimes I forget sun blocks! The sun and sweets cause the damage to collagen and aging fast... hmm lifestyle

Actually a woman from a salon told me cold weather damages the skin way more than hot weather, because cold weather its harsh on the skin and it depletes hydration.

If you think about it... When I am in cold weather, I can apply some oil on my skin and still it looks good, it gets absorved very quickly.

But if I am in tropical weather like in India I cant apply oil on my skin and I am naturaly more hydrated without applying anythimg than if I go to sky in the Pyreenes.

I'm Polish and sadly we've lost a lot since becoming westernised after joining the EU, and you can see that women are looking worse (I'm just saying objectively), so definitely lifestyle/chemicals/health fitness makes a difference (while genetics are a factor, lifestyle clearly > genetics, but yeah a combination for the optimum result!). Luckily my family is more traditional and my mama had great tips and I watched my babcia, she would hand pick stinging nettles to turn them into a hair rinse and she still has incredible hair, she was always organised, prayerful/devout, hard working, disciplined, tough, she's still slim (did stretches) and decades younger and she's 92 in a month ^_^ ...also talking to family, it looks like in Poland we had the same as you... re. butter, carrots, cabbage, pickled vegetables, beetroots etc. All the women look good for our age in my immediate family (also exercise/movement). Also mama gave us fish oil when we were younger (I hated it, but recently have been making myself take it, ....looking good takes work too!).
You have a lovely glow. Blessings :)
