Wow, that is a cool built-in response to too many NPC deaths. I've never seen any game but RDR2 create that effect. Not sure if even Skyrim responds that way to shop owner deaths.

Awesome you can do this wish it was long term. But It may effect some missions. Not sure how you could solve it. Maybe not allowing you to do this until Chapter 4 That way it does effect missions in chapter 2 and 3.
