Thanks Bill for your videos. They are really helpful to me. You’ve inspired me to look back at OpenHab already. One that would be useful is examples of how and what you automate. I have semi automated my lighting in that I have groups set up Alexa control and a mixture of Osram and LightwaveRF lighting. But it’s the next step I am interested in, rules that actually make my home run it’s self. Ideas and examples you have would be fantastic for another video.

Thanks for the video I am new to home automation... just set up openHab on raspberry pi... currently looking at lighting solutions, and connecting DSC security envisalink to OH....this video gave a great overview of what is possible (new to me)...I would love more guidance with openHab scripting to set some up my projects up...please keep up the videos..:)

The ridiculous "transmission interference" you've elected to use throughout this video is annoying, and borders on making the video unwatchable. If this is indicative of your normal output, I'll pass on subscribing.
