That thing about school. Knowing all the answers and never raising hand. That's me. Coming from a celebrity it is so comforting.

This was my case, too.. because when I was younger, my mom made me conscious about all my actions as a kid..

Being a celebrity, admitting the anxiety, it proves that she so humble and honest❤🎉

Great to know how she handled it gracefully.
Me as a public speaking coach, train so many kids and feel so blessed when they become so confident .

To whoever thinking this only happens to them are wrong. Everyone is in your place. You have to build your courage and not let your fears get the best of you. The worse that will happen someone will judge you or laugh at you so what? Dont you do the same with others. I tell this to myself to get out of this trap.

I too exactly have this condition. It's less spoken about and otherwise people lead normal lives and with time and repeated exposure to such situations it's sometimes reduces but it's very real and infact common. I too never say answers due to the anxiety of turning heads. I always dreaded my birthdays because of the group attention during wishes in school or cake cutting stuff. It must be really tough for a famous person.

Basically you are an introvert who is an focused person, not a senseless chatterbox. I also suffer with same issue, but I embrace it. You might have anxiety towards talkative people also. It helps me avoid unnecessary people and stay peaceful.

Me too, though I don't fear the world, I really don't like the spotlight on me. I become so self conscious, that my brain goes blank... but whatever you fear is what life will push you to overcome...😊 build up your faith, replaces fear and doubt.🙏

I was so terrible speaking in front of people i didn't know, was painfully shy and i knew none of the answers. My first interview, i stammered so bad, i didnt get my desired position.

I love people. Refused to accept it was impossible. I trained myself. Went to public speaking class. Now its so much fun. 😊

I used to be same too, I wanted to take parts in things but I had social anxiety & stage fear, then one day there was a teacher in our school, he motivated me, he organised an speaking activity where you had to speak in front of class & I was so nervous, whole time I kept looking at walls while trying to remember everything I had to say, suddenly another mam came and she said to sir that ask her to look in front near the audience, not the ceiling (ngl my heart dropped even tho she said very softly) but then sir said, it's okay, let her be comfortable how she wants to speak, this is how she does, I didn't realise that time but that gave me lot of confidence. And after one year I started participating in school assembly activities, not just that I also got praise from our director sir & Principal for my speaking skills. And I love talking to ppl now, it's all thanks to that one teacher. But I never got the chance to thank him bcoz he left school suddenly & I don't have his contact. I hope I can meet him one day & tell him how grateful I'm.
